I went to use it for the first time and the top wheel of this manual can opener locked up and now it does not work at all. I called OXO and was on hold forever then I was given the option to leave my number so customer service can call me back. I have not heard from them. I went to return this product to Amazon, but this product cannot be returned!!!!! I am not happy with this whole transaction!!!!!!
