I had half a bag of my usual lupin flour left when I purchased this product. I thought I’d give it a try since it was much less expensive. I finally used up my other flour and tried making one of my tried and true keto bread recipes. IT WAS INEDIBLE!! This flour is beyond bitter. I know that lupin beans can be very bitter if not prepared properly. It can also be poisonous. I don’t know if that’s what’s going on here, but could be a possibility. This purchase was a complete waste of money and caused me to waste even more money because I had to toss out my bread which was composed of various other very expensive ingredients. I should have tried this flour immediately upon purchase. Now it’s way past being returnable and the rest is going in the trash.
