AFTER the first GENTLE CYCLE wash.
**ABSOLUTELY NOT MACHINE WASHABLE** as they described. DO NOT BUY if you want to wash it. See photo attached.
Wife and I liked it at fist -- worked well enough. Having a lowered "entrance" helped our dog with back problem get in and out.
After a few weeks, we put it in GENTLE CYCLE, and the seams came undone and the fluff all came out. Useless. Not worth it, and certainly not "lasting beauty."
So very disappointed. A waste of money.
