Maybe the main material is fire resistant and water proof but the zippers and the seams are just regular plastic that would burn in 5 seconds. The zipper is obviously not waterproof either. Whoever gave it 5 stars didn't think much. This may work fine as a document organizer but not as a protection from any environmental factors (well maybe from wind). The lock is a nice joke as well, the seam next to it is so weak you can pull it apart, no need to crack the code ;). Sending back asap.
