Purchased in January of 2016 with a one year warranty and the lift function has stopped working. Warranty says to go thru the retailer OJ Commerce and OJ Commerce tells me to call the manufacturer. Total runaround and 84 year old father does not have a functioning chair. Amazon invites a customer review but then refuses to post it? What is up with that??? Other consumers need to know about my experience with Coaster Home Furnishings, OJ Commerce AND AMAZON in this case. BUYER BEWARE!
