Well a representative of this company just tried to bribe me with some filters to give it a 5 star review. I stand by what I said earlier, this vacuum is only ADEQUATE. But it's only a $100. You get what pay for. I am dismayed that they wanted me to lie and give it a better rating than it deserves. I'm knocking my rating down from three stars to one star so more people will read this and beware. *My orginal review * - I used (but never owned) better, more expensive stick vacuums. For the price, it gets the job done that I bought it for. Cleaning up kitty litter and spot vacuuming each morning. It is not the best stick vacuum but I do not regret buying this, my first one.
