Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased this thinking it was an official Apple charger. I truly don't believe it's so. It arrived in a small plastic bag rather than the nice white cardboard box in which even the smallest Apple products are packaged. And from the get go, it charged slowly and overheats. In all, I'm very dissatisfied and feel I've been misled.
