This cap works perfectly if you want a water balloon to attach to your head in the pool. The large size is pretty big, and it holds a lot of water. It's tight enough to stay on when swimming, while still being loose enough to let plenty of water in to fill in the space not take up by your hair. Floating on my back, I could actually hear the cap filling with water. Best of all, you get a nice cold shower when you remove the cap after getting out of the pool.
