Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've used this product for over ten years, to both relax my curls, or as a primer before I straighten my naturally curly hair. The version that I was sent in my most recent order felt different in my hand, smelled different, was in a different bottle than my previous bottle, and left my hair dry and brittle (as another reviewer noted). Either A) Kerastase has changed the formula, or B) this is a counterfeit product (which is what I suspect). I will never buy another high-end beauty item from Amazon - it's a waste of money and too much of a chance that I won't get the real thing. And it's not worth saving $10-12, when I can order the genuine product from the Kerastase website for around $40. VERY disappointed.
