This was a gift and was well liked by the recipient until about a week ago when it began losing air and had to be reinflated every few hours; not making it through an entire night. The recipient states they have thoroughly checked for puncture marks but not found any. They believe the mattress is losing air in or around the valve where the mattress is inflated. They can hear a slight hissing noise in that area. I have sent feedback to the company tonight and am awaiting their response. I'm agreeable to changing my review if they replace the mattress, as it could be just a faulty valve and not indicative of this item or the company that makes and/or sells it. Until such time as I hear from them, I cannot give anything but one star; what good is the mattress if it won't hold air?
