Claimed size 48" x 36" Actual Overall (edge to edge) size 47-1/8" x 35-5/8" Center of hole to center of hole size 46-1/2" x 34-13/16" Plan was to mount this to wall studs on 16" centers. Now have to reengineer this or just return and call it time wasted on junk!
