My original ScoopFree litter box was recently replaced by the company because the electric connection came loose and fell somewhere into the ScoopFree innards. I had never used the old one because of the cost of the litter trays. My replacement doesn't work very well (see attached photograph). According to the company, my cats are doing something wrong by putting their poop where it doesn't belong, causing the little green light to blink, the ScoopFree to refuse to work, have the purple poop cover to fly off, etc (see photo). The photo was taken after 11 days of use by 2 normal Saimese cats. I did not remove the purple cover. That's just the way it works.
