I will never order from LinenSpa again. I ordered the King size Duvet. Received it production sealed. Upon opening the edge seam had a 2 inch hole in it. Processed an exchange. No problem. Received replacement order. All was well until my husband decided to use it on the guest bed rather than ours which meant buying another one for our bed. Placed second order. Arrived today. I knew immediately, without opening the zipped bag that the enclosed duvet was a previous return by the way that it was packaged having already received two that were production sealed. I opened it, pulled it out, and confirmed that it was not only very used but urinated on. Big yellow urine stains all over (think rabbit, puppy or cat, you get the picture). How a company could ever believe that repackaging a biologically damaged bed product and attempting to resell it to a new customer would ever be okay is beyond me. Absolutely disgusting!
