The one I bought from Amazon was delivered in the rain and got soaked, therefore it didn't work. I bought one locally. Bad Move.... ------------ Wow was I ever surprised to read in the directions that the head can not get wet. I don't know about the rest of the people in the world, but anything that gets stuck into my nose or ear must be washed before it gets put away. ----------- The next disappointment was that the On-Off button is on the back of this unit. Would it not be more intuitive if the button was on the front, near the thumb? One must use one hand to hold the device and the other to push the button. ------- On a happy note, the two trimmer heads are handy. They are reminiscent of the 1950's "Dad's gonna cut your hair" clippers. Also note that the light is in the perfect spot to see what you're doing. ----- To Summarize: If you don't plan to ever clean this thing and don't mind a fumbly-bumbly on-off routine, it's a handy little gizmo. (Quiet, too)
