ABSOLUTELY worthless if you have dog fur to vacuum! I wasted more time detaching the head to clean it than vacuuming. The design is terrible - there's a center horizontal tube that no doubt is MEANT to distribute the suction over the width of the head, and perhaps it does, but the result is that anything that gets even gently stuck on the bristles has ZERO chance of being sucked up. So you end up with fur all along the bristles, and then other particulate matter can't get past that to the suction tube. Terrible. If it wasn't so expensive I'd toss it in the trash rather than bother returning. If you don't have pets, ignore my rant. :)
