Quit after 1 year of very light usage.
This product appears to be high build quality, with a metallic body and some heft to it, but mine just quit after 1 year of very very light usage. It will not stay powered on (even when there is a USB signal present). It runs for a period of time then just cuts out for no apparent reason. Then it takes multiple tries to get it to restart (even after waiting like the instructions say). When I do get it to restart, it runs for a short time again and powers off again. $500 is too much to pay for this kind of reliability.
