They include a card in the box that says not to give them a bad review but instead contact them and they will make it right. First, I don’t want to go through trying to get something fixed or replaced. I just want it to work well when I buy it. This clock works but it is really difficult to operate. We couldn’t get the alarm to turn off so we can’t use it. If we do then it’s going off on Saturday/Sunday at the same times. So we just went back to our phones. The light has no true dim setting. It is nuclear all the time. And the charger only works if you take your otter box off. Huge pain in the butt. Last big complaint is if you reposition the unit at all, it unplugs itself. Not ideal because we have to turn the nuclear bright face of it to the wall every night. At least it has a place for batteries so that when you plug it back in, you don’t have to reset the time. Apple should have done a better job patenting the prefix of “i”. Because this non-apple product gives all things that begin with “i” a bad name. Not a great product. The company has a lot of work to do in order to optimize it. It could be awesome but too many quirks.
