I have never been so disappointed in a product. I called them and told them the blanket did not heat up at all. They sent me another controller to see if it would work. It did not. I brought my daughter a Sunbeam electric throw blanket and it worked and just took seconds to heat up. I would not recommend this for anyone. Waste of money and money. I was diagnosed with a heart condition and I stay cold. I going to order a Sunbeam next week.
