I am 36 years old and have done laser tightening in a doctors office before, so i know that there are technologies out there that work. i just don't want to pay $2000 for them. So when i saw a groupon for this product, i went ahead and bought it. After the purchase i read some mixed reviews on the internet, so i didn't have my hopes up. however after just one application i could tell a difference in my face, and after two, i really know if works. Let me say, though, that i am 36 (almost 37) with a lot of sun damage from my 20s (which i'm trying to repair!) and have a very stressful life. i could see the stress in my face, with my skin losing tone and my neck becoming slightly loose and crepe-y upon careful inspection. i knew that with lasers to activate the under-layer of my skin that it would look better. I wasn't sure about this LED product. And while i was using it, it didn't get too hot, so i was not hopeful. I looked in the mirror the next morning and "thought" i looked better, but i wasn't sure if i was imagining it. But two days later i went to get my hair done and the hairdresser said, "have you lost weight?" i said no, and she said "your face looks thinner". And then i knew the prouct was working. My face skin has better tone and my neck wrinkles are shrinking and the skin under my chin is tighter. I use this for 30 minutes on my face, 7-8 minutes per area (forehead/brow, left side, right side, chin/neck) and have used it for two sessions, one week apart. I feel like it took 5 years off of my face, and I won't be running back for botox anytime soon! I have to caution, though, that if your face is already pretty firm, or you aren't over 33 or so, you probably won't see results with this. I think this is made for slightly un-toned skin, which is what i have. On me, i feel the results have been dramatic, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. =================== update 7/12/13 I decided that this product is a little more trouble than it's worth. it's hard to keep up with the treatments because they are time consuming, and the results only last a couple of days.
