I finally got up the nerve to try to make a coffee mug for a customer, and the mug press doesn't work!! My partner came over to assist me and what we discovered is, the heating element does not reach the proper temp. I wasted 4 sublimation mugs because of this, and I very disappointed. To add insult to injury, this company does not allow returns or exchanges. NOW I AM STUCK WITH A BRAND NEW MUG PRESS THAT I CANNOT USE!! I AM A MEMBER OF SEVERAL GROUPS AND I WILL BE SURE TO INFORM THEM NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BETTERSUB!!!
