Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I just got off the phone with one of the owners. Though they offered refund for the newly changed formula of their Multivitamin (that’s not and it was not the reason or the intention I called them in the first place) I’m appalled that they changed drastically a great product that my whole family have been used and loved for almost 2 years! The ingredients are altered and dramatically reduced in big and inexcusable numbers. You loose your credibility this way for the hardest and honest work you had put for years. Their “excuse” was that the sources of the ingredients are more potent. I know some of the top notch pure and organic brands out there of multis and these numbers don’t even come close to. Why “fix” something that not only wasn’t broken but it was wonderful and had amazing reviews from people like myself and family?? On top of all that the taste has dramatically changed! Now all you can taste is similar to that very mediocre and almost bitter with a heavy smell of other conventional vitamins you see in every store. Very disappointed! I don’t care about refunds... I’m one of those people that appreciate quality over everything so I would rather pay more money than get a mediocre product I would get anywhere else. I have recommended this product to everyone as it completely deserved it but now you lost a very loyal customer along with your credibility.
