This may be a one time occurrence, but I received this safe in its original box in a box with no other padding. Which may have resulted in the safe arriving damaged. All of the plastic assembly was crushed or cracked. Dust, I assume part the the fire proofing, covered all surfaces of the safe. This maybe a good product, but I was not able to see its better assets. I returned the safe. I will try another at a later time.
