Miss Jessie's Multi Cultural Curls may work for those who live in a climate with a good amount of moisture in the air, but this product will DAMAGE the hair of people who live in Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, the Middle East, etc. Glycerin is the 3rd ingredient listed and glycerin works to pull moisture from the air to the hair. Damage occurs when there is no moisture in an environment which can cause hair to become extremely dry, stripped of all moisture, break and damage the hair's cuticle. Unfortunately, manufacturer's have been putting glycerin in a lot of Natural Hair products because it's cheap to do. This exasperates me because living in a desert climate really limits my choices. When I purchased the item, I went straight to the reviews and neglected to scan the seller's page for the ingredients list. My bad (was in a hurry)....however, maybe this review will help someone choose a more fitting product if they live in an arid climate.
