I really enjoy electronics, including the Fitbit App, but this scale is a very poor product. It will connect to your wireless network momentarily and then does not sync, which is shown on the display by "Connection Error". I performed every troubleshooting recommendation by Fitbit without any success. The Fitbit Forums are flooded with this same issue, and it appears to have been going on since Fall 2017. No resolution has been provided by Fitbit. I also had a Fitbit Ionic and really liked it. One afternoon, I checked the time and the screen was cracked. This seems to be another problem you can read about on the Fitbit Forums. The only offer by Fitbit was a replacement discounted by 25% off retail price. I will not be purchasing any other Fitbit products. Quality is definitely lacking, and customer support is not much better. Fitbit will be much better off selling their app on other products app stores and leaving the hardware market. Spend your money elsewhere!
