I purchased this steamer due to all the wonderful reviews. At first, the steamer worked great - it was easy to use, lightweight and did a great job. But after about only three uses, it stopped consistently producing steam and began to overheat to the point where you would have severely burned yourself if you tried to touch it. Sadly, the product was defective and potentially dangerous. I do NOT recommend it.
