Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was excited about this umbrella having read many positive reviews. It was to my dismay when i was walking outside with it, in the rain, to notice that not only were my hands stained in blue dye, but my dress shirt was ruined as well. The only logical queation is, who builds or sells an umbrella, with dye that runs from water??????????
