POS!!! Do not buy this product. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. We were super excited to get our new steamer only to be let down. The Issues: 1) It puts out more water than steam. 2) It doesn't put out enough pressure and steam to clean the floors. 3) The need to constantly hold a button to steam the floors is a hassle. 4) The length of the handle of the mop is not long enough. I am 5'2" and I had to bend over constantly to use the steamer. That left me with a sore back and I only did our hallway. 5) The pad area is not large enough to clean a large tiled area. 6) With what little steam and heat it put out the clip on top warped and broke out of place within the 1st 5 minutes of use.
