I have never had to write a negative review before, but I also have never had something so personal and devastating happen before due to a product. We received this item from Amazon and it worked for 1 week. We purchased it for the sole reason of storing a few months worth of breast milk. I lost the whole supply and all they could offer to do was replace the freezer. I have nothing to store in there as I cannot keep up with my son's demand now. The representative I spoke to in regards to this item had terrible customer service, put me on hold immediately, and had lapses when conversing on the phone. What they should do is give a heartbroken mother her money back and replace the lost milk with free formula. Save yourself the heartache, do not buy this freezer for breast milk storage or freezing any expensive food items.
