This has been a nightmare, I am so livid with Amazon and specifically ABESTT. I originally bought this iPad on December 16th. It arrived on December 19th with a defective screen resulting in discoloration in the lower right hand portion. I returned it the very next day on 12/20 and didn't see a replacement until 12/27 (so much for it being a Christmas gift). What made matters worse is that the replacement was literally a lump of clay in an Apple box. You can't make this up. I won't buy either from Amazon or Abestt ever again. I will be going out of my way to warn others about this going forward.
