Budget or not, the quality assurance on these silverware is dangerous at best. Removing them from the box I sliced my hand open because the metal extended outside the plastic handle and is razor sharp (Images Attached). Again this is grabbing the handle. 6 of the 20 pieces had this issue and one was horribly extended outside the handle, the one that cut me. Worse off I bought two boxes and both had same issue. Again, I don't expect high quality or longevity form something like this but, don't expect to be injured by piss poor quality assurance. I am not the person to say things like something is unsafe as usually it's "user error" but this definitely is.
