I received the mop within a couple days however I opened it, put it together and used it which it worked GREAT! I turned it off to use it in another room and the mop sounded like the motor was grinding and the mop wouldn't spin on the floor anymore. It was an amazing product for about 10 minutes then quickly became the worst $50 I spent. It would have been 5 stars across the board until the motor crapped out in about 10 minutes, then just based on a short lifeline I would give it 1 star
