I would never buy this product again. First off, when unpacking it, there was a printed sheet in the box that told us that if any pieces were missing, the manufacturer would replace them if we called a number. This must happen a lot if that note had to be included. Sure enough, there was a front corner post missing - piece #2. Instead of a piece #1 and a piece #2, we had two #1 pieces. The crib could not be assembled. I called the number on the pamphlet. It took a lot of back and forth but finally, they did ship the part. It arrived two weeks later. Two weeks with a half assembled crib in the house. When the part did show up, it was the wrong part. Again, it was a part #1 but it had a #2 sticker on it - making it useless. I am making modifications to the part rather than subjecting myself to another fruitless go-around with Graco.
