Just tried to use this for the first time and it is very frustrating. I followed all the directions, had everything in the "on" position, could here the pump activated but nothing would come out. Looked on-line to trouble shoot...tried re-priming as suggested on the manufacturer's website. Still nothing. After going over it bit by bit, I discovered the problem. Where the white tubing connects to the wand (green handle), the tubing is kinked inside the handle. This is not an area the consumer can get to. I was finally able to pull the white tubing out enough to lessen the kink but it still does not come out in a spray....more of a drip. I don't know if the one I got is defective or if this is a design flaw but I do know I just spent over an hour on a project that should have taken 10 minutes...frustrating.
