I actually bought from QVC because of the free shipping, add-on heart monitor, 3-month free subscription service and still slightly less than any other retailer (even Echelon themselves!!). It arrived several days ago since this writing and although the mirror is nice, it would actually be a lot better if the software worked. I managed to sync my device with my iPhone 11 Pro Max and was glitchy from the start but did connect. I tried the stretching class just to test it out and liked it. The following day (7/19/20), it won’t work at all. After numerous unsuccessful attempts of restarting the device, scanning for the device from the app, turning on/off the device, disconnecting and re-connecting wifi I am still without service. And of course, the app live chat is a joke with no one available so I called customer service with no such help either. I’m extremely disappointed that the high price tag of this purchase doesn’t work smoothly like I expect.
