I used this ratchet for only a short period of time and it stopped ratcheting when put under a load. It would appear the gears were stripped. I was not using it for any kind of heavy duty work, just normal dyi stuff. The seller, MAINUS. would not refund my money even though I returned it within the return time period allowed. MAINUS sent me a convoluted message about how God was not happy that I returned a dirty tool and unless I gave them a good review they would not accept my return. I tried to post the response from MAINUS but Amazon would not allow me to do so. If you have a problem with this tool and return it to the seller your return will not be honored.
