I had been searching for a ladies' version of men's boxer briefs, especially for the summer, to wear under leggings and skirts. I bought these bloomers last year hoping they would end my search. I tried one, was disappointed, put the rest away, and just found them again today. I decided to write a review to tell you why. In today's fashion (leggings and tight pants), I want to avoid muffin tops and panty lines; hence a boxer-type underwear was my quest. So how did this bloomer fare? First of all, the legs don't lie flat; they bunch up because they're loose. Under leggings, that's just not good, and under skirts, a feel a bit, well, "exposed". So okay, that's not too bad - perhaps that's the way they're designed. The part that I really did not like was that the seam goes right down the middle of the bloomer, into your crotch, stops at a narrow gusset, then goes up again on the back side. The narrow gusset in the crotch area goes across to the legs, rather than along the crotch. Therefore, the seam edge (which doesn't lie flat) gets really annoying as you walk or sweat, because that seam gets into the worst places. I always wear liners, but the seam still managed to ride up. Perhaps these bloomers were meant to be worn with a panty underneath, but since that wasn't the solution I was looking for, this product did not fit my requirements.
