I have used this generator less than four hours. It sprays oil out covering the entire engine compartment. I contacted amazon and they told me to contact Max Tools. I have repeatedly called and emailed and no response from Max Tools. Even though I purchased extra warranty it would be nice if they would respond to consumers. I am not sure if this warranty is worth what I paid for it. I should have known better than purchase a China made product but maybe this will keep someone from making the same mistake that I did. I called Max Tools today July3,2018 and told them that the engine block had a crack in it. They said they would send me the part to have it fixed but it could take up to two or three months to get it. They also told me that I was responsible for the labor on it which is about 70.00 bucks and hour. Here I am with a piece of junk generator that I can’t use. Do not buy this generator it is a piece of junk. I can’t believe Amazon sell this kind of junk.
