I bought these slippers for a dear friend. I thought they would really Jeep her feet warm and be cute at the same time, form and function. We were on the phone when she received them. Since they were meant to be a surprise, there was no information regarding the sender on the box so she was not aware who sent them to her. When she opened the package she .laughed at the site of them ,made fun of them fun of them and said they looked like the old moon boots we wore as kids. Obviously, they were not what I envisioned which was a cute sock-like slipper that would slouch at the ankle. Instead, it looked like an astronaut could wear them for a lunar landing. I did not wish to admit I picked them out and sent them to her as a gift given her derision over their appearance and size.
