Not sturdy or safe
The platform is nice and does give you a bounce in your step but the cloth is like a sock, no borders to support your foot. As a nurse- walking and sometimes running- I slipped more than once off the platform and almost twisted my ankles. It’s like walking in a chunk of rubber with nothing but a sock holding you on top. Do not recommend for long wear.
