Purchased June 10th 2017. Hopefully it was just a bad batch Bought these and the double AA batteries, which haven't had any issues. The AAA batteries are the only ones that I received, that has given me problems.installes in a new Samsung remote. Pics are really worth a 1,000 words. Hopefully the manufacturer monitors this reviews. Updated 1/19/2019 I called Amazon, told her my experience with these batteries. ( she saw my review of these batteries batteries. She credited my account for these batteries. She couldn't reccomend a different battery line, or swap out these batteries. She did say u would have to order these or another brand that Amazon Carrys. This was taken care of within weeks of purchasing these batteries. I didnt know I hadn't updated the review. The remote was cleaned with white vinegar and was air dried. It still worked. Thankful for small favors. Lol
