I am old school and I know it. I looked for a case which will protect my phone well, in the event it is dropped, but will also have a stand and can be put in a holster. I know the youngsters all just slip them into their pockets, but I have too much other stuff, plus it is hard to get out of a pocket if you are sitting in a meeting or in a car and forget to pull it out. This case/holster/screen protector fit the bill. The phone has withstood a few drops from 3 feet or so, however it was an 18 inch drop that was problematic, for the screen protector that is. This is a problem with the curved glass screen protectors, as the adhesive holding them to the screen is only on the edges and it does not require much for the screen protector to come loose and whaalaa, your phone is no longer protected at its most vulnerable point. This is an issue not only with this brand, but others I have used, they have similar issues. However, I was disappointed the 'hard, protective glass screen protector" cracked from such a minor drop of 18 or so inches, the best news is although the screen protector did not survive the fall, the phone did! All I have to do is replace a screen protector. Update: 12-6-17 Drop to 3 stars. The belt holster clip broke this morning when trying to release the phone. The clip that retains the phone is really tight and takes a bit more pressure than I think it should. My concerns were realized when the upper retaining clip snapped. Upon inspection, I noted that there are a bunch of small holes in the clip, making like a perforation line, similar to a piece of paper, right where the bend is on this retention clip. That seems like a horrible design flaw to have perforations at the stress point. So now I have a broken holster and broken screen protector. Update: 12-8-17 I was contacted by customer support regarding my issues with the holster and screen protector. They requested photos of the broken items and are sending replacements. Up the star rating for great customer service! Update #2: replacements never sent in the three months since it broke. Moving satisfaction to 2 stars. So much promise for this case, screen protector, and holster, but bad design and bad customer service doomed my opinion for this product.
