Do not buy from New Sun Mart!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Upon arrival, Chromebook webcam did not work properly (see picture). Also, Chromebook arrived in an Amazon box that was completely beat up and previously opened (Amazon tape was broken and box was resealed with clear tape). Seller has not agreed to pay for return shipping. The product arrived with a non-functioning webcam. I should not have to pay to return a defective chromebook!!!!! After multiple emails, phone calls, and text messages with the seller, no resolution. This customer service is horrible. I was sold a defective product and now the seller and Amazon say I should pay to ship the defective product back. Extremely disappointed with Amazon. DON"T BUY items from 3rd party sellers!!!
