This whole experience has been a nightmare. I ordered the TV from Amazons warehouse because it was listed in pristine conditions with all accessories included and no scratches. I made the appointment for 3pm to 6pm for a reason but they came 3 hours early. Because of how early they were I did not have the space ready so when the TV was set up it was in a hurry. I was asked to inspect the TV but on a black screen so theres no way to see flaws. I reluctantly signed the delivery paper and then finally set up the TV. While hooking up the hdmi cable I noticed there is a crack on the back plate. I figured it was just cosmetic so I thought nothing of it until I turned the TV on to the input. The whole left side is darker with a large black line near the left side and the picture is constantly flickering. I contacted amazon and let them know my situation and they are sending the trucking company to pick it up but say I will only get a refund. Because I bought this as a black friday deal they are not willing to match the price so now I have no TV and not enough money to buy the one I originally bought. I'm extremely upset at my whole experience and thought since this may very well be an amazon issue that they would right their wrong. I attached some photos to show the extent of the damage. The last picture is my laptop connected to the tv with the screen mirrored. You can see the screen is completely ruined.
