Here's the long and the short of it: Pros: I like the band. It looks nice. It functions well. Cons: *It keeps snagging (and ruining) my clothes. Like, everything: T-shirts, sweaters, dresses, dress blouses, suit pants- you name it. It happens when the edges of the chainmail band spread apart (as chainmail does in the course of normal movement), then snap back together. As they do so, they grab very small pieces of fabric and it pull it apart. For this reason, the band has to go. Which is a shame because it was decent otherwise. (With the following cons in mind...) *The quality is obviously not what you'd get with the more expensive Apple branded band. Which is mostly fine, if you know what you're getting into. The rose-gold finish has worn off on some sections of my band because the material is cheap. AND because I wear it pretty much all the time, including when I run or bike- which makes it wear out much faster. That said, for the price, I'd just keep buying new ones and replace it periodically if not for the snagging issue. * The magnetic clasp sticks my wrist to anything metal. It'll stick me to stair railings, silverware, zippers... pretty much anything. Of course, I can unstick it relatively easily- but it was kind of annoying. Again, not a deal breaker, but definitely a thing.
