Defective Product! Philips doesn't back it.
Started out great the first use... after that it would overheat in about 10 minutes (half way through a steak) and shut down. It takes about 15 minutes to cool down enough to continue grilling. Purchased mid-July and warranty was expired August first. Very expensive for a rip-off product! Thought it would be of better quality after buying the Philips Dry Fryer. Save your money!
