First 1/3 of the book was interesting. Then it became a Harlequin Romance - ugh! I only finished it to find out the actual killer. Miranda is such an empty character, so wishy-washy with a pretense of being strong. All she does is say no to everyone and everything. She is a very insensitive character and her "past" is no excuse for her being rude and stupid.
