Doesn't cook to the crisp most would want in a waffle
I should have paid attention to the other low reviews. This never (3 minutes? 5 minutes? even 10 minutes?) gets hot enough to get that crispy exterior you want on a waffle. It's warm enough to cook, but not hot enough to get the crisp.
ALSO, there is no indicator (light or noise) that says when it's done, so you're constantly guessing and/or watchhing clock and/or setting an alarm (and then hoping you guessed right).
