I tried these in my Mac Air. One would light up but I couldn't move the arrow and it wouldn't click/select. The other one didn't work at all. The note in the box said contact the seller before complaining. I sent an email. Brian replied and said to be sure I push it all the way in & be sure the "driver" is installed. I replied that there is no driver... it's a wireless, just plug in an it would work. I tried both of these in two ports that I verified are working. No reply from Brian with three successive emails. I bought a different brand and all is working fine. I also explained that I'm elderly and sheltering at home and didn't want to send this is to Amazon for only a $7 purchase and also that I needed these right away. So, I'm very disappointed that these didn't work and that the seller didn't do the right thing... just send out another box of these right away.
