Days not hours to dehydate. Spend money and go for a higher end dehydrator.
Got my dehydrator in June. Called company when I started to dry my herbs in August. Asked for help because my herbs were taking so long to dehydrate. Did not get much satisfaction but thought that the basil took more time. I was doing basil and thyme. It took at least 36 hours. Yesterday I was harvesting my parsley and I want to dehydrate it. Again (even at a higher heat) it took 24 hours to dry. Very disappointed with this product. Would not recommend it. If I could return it I would but I didn't even start dehydrating until August. My recommendation DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
