I have used this product everyday. It has already flatten and somehow I feel that one side is lower than the other, which means it is not good for my back. The cushion is uncomfortable. I sit all day for my job. I needed more. But I am an overweight person. My son used this product and loved it. He drives a lot and he thinks it is a great addition. So I am giving it to him. So if you are very overweight, you should not buy it but if you are normal size then .. you should. I originally gave this product a one star, then I was going to change to a 3 star (bc my son loved it) . But then someone sent me an email offering a full refund (which I thought it was nice, AT FIRST), I declined the $$ and told then I was going to change it anyways . So they answered this : "If you are modifying the review, can you change the content of the review to positive and have a 5-star rating? So that we can better apply for a gift card with the boss, can we think about it? Thank you." THIS IS VERY UPSETTING. These people are dishonest.. I am not ok with them telling me to give 5 stars to a product that does not deserve it. So my rating 3 start bc it does not work for overweight people. AND ONE STAR bc these people are dishonest!!!!
